Abdul Basit Qamar began his academic journey in Computer Science but soon found his true passion in understanding human behavior. He earned a BS in Psychology from the Virtual University of Pakistan (2017–2021), building a foundation in emotional intelligence, cognitive processes, and behavioral science.
Driven by curiosity about the roots of psychological thought, he pursued a BA in Philosophy, Journalism, and Social Work at the University of the Punjab (2018–2020), sharpening his analytical thinking and communication skills.
Recognizing the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and public systems, he later enrolled in a BS in Public Administration at the Virtual University of Pakistan (2024–2026) to support institutions in designing people-centered policies.
In addition to his degrees, Abdul has completed numerous certifications in Psychology, HR Management, and Leadership, equipping him with practical tools to support individuals and organizations.
Today, Abdul blends his expertise to serve as a Counselor, Life Coach, and HR Consultant. He also collaborates with HR teams to design empathetic, strategic, and growth-oriented policies that benefit both employees and organizations.
